I took out a contract for a Onyx Calypso tablet. Firstly what the sales person told us and what the contract involves are 2 different things. Secondly my unit hasnt worked since probably the 2nd week i got it. We have had reports from Onyx but the Elite has to 'follow procedures'. It has now been a month since the unit was collected and still no feedback, only for the sales consultant to ask has the unit been collected. In the interim i have been paying for the unit that i am bnot even using. I have paid over R2000 so far. Management is also impossible to get hold of. I am still waiting for someone to call me. But yet they have time to go on lunch for an hour.
