Never in my life have I experienced such poor service... I am livid!!!
So to begin with, I have never walked out feeling positive at this MTN branch, there is always an issue.
When my screen broke and I took it in for repair on the 17 June 2013 and received a SMS to collect my phone thinking it was repaired. When I went to MTN to pick up my phone, it was still broken and someone allegedly decline the quote! Why would I send in my phone to be repaired and return to pay the damages if I am going to decline the quote, please!!! Once again I send the phone back (not sure why I expected a different outcome).
3 Months later... without any response, I contacted them to hear what is going on? Why is it taking so long? When I phoned them the service is shocking and they have no answers, they are incompetent. My phone is still broken and I didn't' even get a sms or a call to collect my BROKEN phone; I don't think they even send my phone in to be repaired.
I AM OUTRAGED!
