BEWARE BROKEN PHONES ON CONTRACT

APPLIED FOR A CONTRACT AND RECEIVED MY PHONE ON WEDNESDAY MORNING ON OPENING MY SUPPOSED TO BE NEW PHONE IT IS NOT WORKING DOESN'T TAKE SIM CARD. NOW NOT USING THE SUPPOSED TO BE NEW PHONE I PHONED AND THEY SAY SOMEONE WILL COME COLLECT THE BROKEN 2ND HAND IN BOX PHONE THIS MORNING SOMEONE PHONED THEY COMING ONLY ON MONDAY TO COLLECT THE PHONE. NOW THIS WILL BE AT THE REPAIR CENTRE FOR 7 DAYS AND THEN SEND BACK TO ME ANOTHER 7 DAYS... SO NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A SECOND HAND PHONE THAT IS BEING REPAIRED. this is poor unethical business practise ITS NOT MY FAULT THE PHONE DOES NT WORK. I HAVEN'T USED THE PHONE AT ALL. I WANT A NEW PHONE IN A BOX THAT WORKS OTHERWISE I AM GOING TO THE CONSUMER CREDIT CAUSE THIS IS FROM THE PUBLIC.
