In February 2013 my celphone contract was upgraded telephonically, so I thougt.
Vodacom incompetent personel failed to perform the upgrade altough I wasp romissed it on several occasions. The phone was faulty and because I did the upgrade telephonically NO Vodacom shop was willing to assist me.
I managed to cancell my contract and received email confirmation that as of April NO more monies will be deducted from my account.

Over R400.00 was deducted again from my account for a number that is not even in service?
I will be seaking legal advice tomorrow morning as this is not right!
