Since I got the Samsung S3 mini on 01 July 2013, I am unable to recharge with vouchers. I've been dealing with customer care since 15 August 2013, but to date, nobody has called back to have the problem fixed.
I also get messages stating that I've had missed calls, when the phone never rang. People complain that the phone immediately goes to voicemail.
I use the phone for business, and find it frustrating when customers can't get hold of me.
