SAMSUNG GALAXY POCKET MOBILE UNRELIABLE

I have upgraded my cell phone 4 months ago and changed from Nokia to Samsung. What a mistake!!! From day one my Samsung Galaxy Pocket mobile phone gave me troubles. It switch off whenever it wants, gives me an error message not connected to network and then I have no connection and need to switch the phone off and re-boot again. Sometimes the phone just lost signal and start hanging. I visited Voda World 3 times already and each time the feedback was that they have fixed the problem. The last time, I received my phone back on Monday, 22 July 2013, the feedback was that they have replaced the motherboard. On Tuesday, 23 July 2013 the same issues started.
I wish to request herewith that my phone is replaced with a reliable phone as my phone is my business. Over the last few months I have lost business due to the unreliable phone, missed emergency calls from my kids, even visitors left my place as they could not get hold of me to inform me they are at the gate. Embarrassing situations that becomes ridiculous. I therefore request your urgent attention as it seems if your outlets does not care.
