My telephone line used for calls and ADSL has been down since Saturday. When I phoned the call center they informed me that technician is working on resolving the issue but they were unable to explain what was the issue and how long it will take to fix it.. They cannot give any ETA.
Can I kindly please have some feedback on what is wrong and some ETA around this as I depend on ADSL to be able to do my daily work.
