Billing Problem

On the 23/08/2013 I received a call from the sales consultant/agent from Nashua mobile. H e promoted his product without telling me that there should be some R10.00 payment for caller identity which I saw is necessarly to have in my phone.

Mr Collin Zwane by his name, never mentioned that R10.00 payment for this caller identity. After that I quieried about and it led me to take a decisoin to cancell the contract within the period of one month I bougth the product.

The call was laid on the 16/09/2013 and spoken to Mr Ntsika Khoza with the referrence number of the case attended by Mr Ntsika Khoza, and referrence number is 6343053 of the case attended and their contact numbers is 0877221649.

I still need their product but my quierie is about when I was not explained about this caller identity amount of R10, 00.

I kindly solicit your assistance in solving the quierie I have for the product sent/delievered to me without all the necessarly explanation.

I am thanking you for response that you'll urgently take in resolving my quierie.
