Ok i recently upgraded my phone to samsung S 3 mini, for the last 2 days i am having issuers with it, not being able to excess the internet etc, i called midrand branch spoke to a tech, who showed me what to do and adviced that this is a problemaitc phone i was told to go into a autopage store do a sim swop dont know why . was unble to assist me.

how will this sim swop help my software issuers out please assist.
