Bad attitude with regards to Arrear account

I have still not heard a single word from whoever is suppose to call me from Nashua Mobile to resolve this matter. I don't know in how many languages I am suppose to say 'contact me between 1-2 as these are the only hours I am availble due to my working environment'!!! Can somebody please call me??? You guys are very pathetic!
