Credit where where credit is due

I have had a string of complaints against Telkom some I have written on the website before, but credit is also due when they go beyond the extra mile. Telkom double billed me for the month of March when their debit when through. The first call that I received today was from Telkom clarifying exactly what happened and took me through the process of what had transpired. This time around I didn't blow my top thanks to being proactive.
