MTN bad service

In June of this year, I took on a 2nd contract with MTN and added that I'd like my account to be debited and provided them with new account details which they never loaded. today the account has not been paid since only to find out that they never updated my account details. I spoke to a consultant in their legal services and he told me thier turn around time is 14 days to retrieve the application form, thats if they even get back to me... in the mean while my credit rating is affected and I am unable to apply for anything
