Log a fault for no internet on 15 September. 40CTK150913. Could not assist me because he was not familiar with my computer. Phoneed again on 16th and I was informed someone will phone me. Phoned again later the 16th when I was told that I must visit telkom to change my modem. Phoned Klerksdorp on 17th but they did not have my query on their system but they will immediately send someone to help me. In the meantime I phoned the call centre to find out why my query was not forwarded. Spoke to Nocolas who said he will do a few checks and 5 minutes later I was online. Three days I was without service due to uncompetant people.
