I have a query on my overdue account, i had to phone 0821946, select all the options on different occasions, the line gets disconnected everytime. Now my account will be handed over, but theres NO way anyone answers the line, Its unacceptable. I have queries on my lines and amount invoiced on certain numbers. Absolute NO ASSISTANCE. So what now... Legal Costs, wonder who will be liable for that.
