2 weeks of calling and asking about upgrades and when will i recieve my new phone. each time its a diffrent excuse. it should have been done in 5 days and now still going for about 2 weeks. fed up isnt even a beginning of how i am by this time. virgin mobile is one of the worst service suppliers ever and they caused a bad credit check on my name by not listening and carrying out their jobs about 4 months ago and the result is i cant upgrade to a bigger contract. stay away guys not even worth it.
