My BIS service haven't been working since 12 September. i phoned and they said it was cancelled. they cant tell me by whom or why?
this service is included in the phone contract, so in other words i'm paying for a service that i am not able to use at this moment. they said that they will send a request to reactivate it...
why is it taking so long? the response time was 24 - 48 hours. its been 3 days. pathetic service. if they cant supply the service expected they should leave the telecommunications bussiness to ones who can.
