NO RESPONSE IN A MONTH AND HALF

I logged a query on 1 August. I logged another on the 13 August. Today is the 13 September and i still don't have my query resolved, BUT I HAVE A BILL OF R2800!!! What the is wrong with Vodacom - people blind.

I phoned and spoke to Samora who told me "i don know whats going on, its seems your query is closed without it being resolved?!!! Then he says i will email you your usage. Three hours later no email, only to find out he emailed it to a wrong address!!! MY DETAILS ARE ON THE FREAKEN SYSTEM FOR HEAVENS SAKE!!! Perfect way to run a business. YOU ARE BUNCH OF WITH NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED... YOU WANT TO BULLY CONSUMERS! YOU WONT GET AWAY WITH IT. AND UP TO NOW NO ONE HAS CALLED ME TO DISCUSS, ADVISE ME OR ANYTHING!
