After settlement Cell C still deducts premium!

I have been a client of CellC for the past few years. In May of this year my company informed us that all staff would be switched to a single service provider, and that our current cellphone contracts would be settled in full. After the settlement at the end of June I phoned CellC to downgrade my existing contract to prepaid so I could keep the cellphone no. For the month of June and July no premiums were deducted as was suspected, due to the settlement of my account with CellC. In August, an amount of R1164, 14 was deducted from my account. I phoned them and spoke to a consultant who said that the matter would be resolved within 48hrs, and someone would contact me. I have not heard from anyone about this matter. And it has been far over a week! The incompetence of the staff at CellC and their inability to even get back to a client clearly just shows me that making a change to a different service provider was the BEST move our company could have made.
