Good service

I had purchased an iPhone5 abroad and was unable to send SMSes and access the Internet on my phone. I had spoken to 3 or 4 different agents who each provided me with the same shoddy service. My call was finally answered by Dancely Estrice who handled the call professionally and efficiently. He provided me with the correct solution to my problem and I am now able to surf the Net on my mobile.

Thank you Dancely, I was one call away from switching to another service provider. Keep it up.
