My name is Dumisani, Last month in August i have received an sms from mobimoola telling me about their products and requesting me to register of which i did so on the 2nd Sept i called in their call centre and spoke to Natasha who told me i now qualified for R1000 so i instructed her to go ahead and process it then she confirm all my details including my banking details and she promise me that within 48hrs the funds will be available in my account, the 48hr pass without any funds and no communication a week passby still no payment received then on monday the 9th Sept i called them again and was told my name is listed on the payment list i will receive the funds shortly today is Friday the 13th still i didn't receive any funds and is full 2weeks the worse part is that there's no communication at all, Are they digging the money somewhere or what is the delay, why are they advertising this business to us if are they going to treat us as customers like this, left u hanging, their service!
