I was expecting funds in my account on d 11th, I ddnt when I phoned on d 13th-dy told me my account details were incorrect hence d payment was reversed, I faxed through my bankstatement&I.D copy as instructed, I phoned on d 14th 2check d progress-was told I must xpect payment in 5to7working days&2my suprise this morning when I phoned they say-my funds are not processed cos my surname differs, my concern is if I didn't make d follow up-how would I have known, dy don't bother communicating with me only when I col 2find out I get such, even with d banking details issue-i had 2make a call 2 b told banking details were missing, ds guy I spoke to 2day says they tried 2send me an SMS-what is trying??? now I have 2fax my marriage certificate&waith fo another 5 to 7 working days-ds servise is so pathethc, have 2wait 4 d whole month 4something that could have been sorted out in week, I am very upset
