I have applied for the Straight Up 200 Package and I noticed that they put me on a Control Chat 200 which just runs like a on-going contract my account is now almost R1000 and its only been activated on the 10th of September 2013 which = I will be paying now a R459 for the Blackberry Z10 alone PLUS the additional on-going costs, I find that this is a very corrupt service. I personally applied for the Straight Up 200 because after your 200Minutes, 200msgs, 1.2 gig Data are finished you can recharge with airtime BUT NOW they put me on a Control Chat 200 which is charging me for all data usage etc. What can I do about this? I WILL NOT PAY THAT KIND OF MONEY FOR THE MISTAKE THEY MADE!!! I will take this further with Legal help. I am so fed up with their BAD CLIENT SERVICE
