I had a staff contract with cellc. when i left the company i requested my number to be migrated to a low contract a Control chat 200. This was never done and only the staff benefits were removed. This resulted in me paying cellc R1500 for a mistake i did not commit. I then requested Onica Maduna from stafflines to help me and she migrated the number to straight up 200 for R200 per month. I asked her if there are no hidden costs and she told me that i will pay R200 only every month which i accepted. After sometime i recieved a bill of R400 and when i queried it i was told a handset fee is included. I disputed it and iam still disputing this because it was never explained to me. I reported the issue to Patrick Offori the manager but no solution has been reached and all he is doing is to force me to pay for a mistake i never commited. Cellc has even listed me as a bad payer with ITC even when i have never missed a payment. I requested Patrick to resolve my problem and update me so that i can pay for my contract but to date no comunication and my number is hot lined. I requested for a control chat 200 and i need to pay R200. I need this issue resolved asap. I request urgent feedback.
