Poor Service - Head Office and Gezina Branch

Time for upgrade - whooppee!! for any person - well, not for me!! I went, decided on a new package, had to wait about a week for my new phone. I was informed that my contract was going to stay as is, until December? Blackberry / Samsung?? No other new contractual changes were discussed with me. I got an account for R1600 for a weekend playing around on my new phone. And guess what else? My phone has been blocked after I tried to arrange for repayment! You can be a criminal in South Africa and get away with more! When I tried to get someone to listen to me at Head Office, I was advised to talk to the branch owner. We had an appointment with the owner - waited 30 minutes for her to pitch - after an appointment was made!!! Well, needless to say - it is a week later, still waiting for my other new phone and no one has even listened to any of my complaints.
They pass the buck. This is so pathetic, I wish I had a way of getting out of this 2 year contract.
