Unlawfull billing

I am billed for a "content charge" for a service I never agreed to. According to MTN it is a subscription for a second party service called Mira networks and they claim I replied to SMS called "stormy alerts" to share photos. I never agreed to this. There is still a blank SMS for the date they say this transaction happened.
How can MTN allow charges from a second party to be automatically deducted from my account? Please refund me!
