I work from home, but I'm sitting at a coffee shop at the moment using the Wifi because my home internet is off as usual.
I have to phone them almost every day to ask why my internet is off, and the reply is always the same excuses about routers and towers. Sometimes they switch my internet on while I'm holding on the phone but then sure enough, an hour later it's off again. I get irritated every time I listen to their on-hold message saying how reliable and cost effective it is, where in reality it's the complete opposite.
I'm canceling my contract as soon as I find another company.
