There was a cellphone account opened in my name. i called vodacom and i was told to submit affidavits.
I did that and even managed to submit the copy of the id used to commit the. I was told it takes seven working days to resolve. These documents were submitted on 16 august 2013. everytime i call vodacom i'm told that i will get feedback with 7 working days. it's almost a month now.
