Payment reflecting as 30 days overdue on my profil

Would like to find out, why on my credit profile with the credit bereau, the payment for October which was deducted from my salary (as per contract agreement) is not reflecting. Instead its reflecting in yellow as 30 days overdue. Can you please rectify by updating your system, as this is a bad reflection on my credit profile.
