I have been charged a subscription fee by Cell C at R17/day totaling R199 on my last bill.

Apparently SMARTCALL is deducting cash off my account for a "subscription" that I apparently subscribed to.

I have tried to get hold of Smart Call but they say they cannot take my call at this time.

How is this even legal?
