Billed but can't unsubscribe

Hi,

I realized that money was flying out of my cellphone account and I contacted Cell C to find out what I might be subscribed to. I was told that I was subscribed to a service by Smartcall Technologies (011 507 4630).
I don't know what service I'm said to be subscribed to, but I received reminder messages from MOBThumbs @ R20/day on and I sent a STOP request to 37445 yesterday.

I'm don't know if this MOBThumbs service is from Smartcall, but I have never received a reminder message from Smartcall, which according to WASPA code of conduct, need to be sent out every 30 days.

I can't unsubcribe from the Smart Call service when I don't know what number to send the request to. Smart Call needs to send me a report detailing how & when the subscription request was received, when the reminder messages were sent out, and as per regulations a confirmation messages has to be sent. I want to see that in writing or this matter is going straight to WASPA and there'll be big penalties to pay!!!

And in the failure to provide these reports, I want my all money refunded!!!
