Have 2 devices damaged by the consultant who couldn't admit that he doesn't know how to operate my device. I called the call center to report it, they kept on saying is should take them for repairs in my expense, told them I can do that, it was not my fault. sent them a follow up email, they said it shows in their system that somebody tried calling but I didn't answer, I've never missed any missed calls from them, infact I've spoken with the consultant who only gave me BIS for when my phone was always on repairs. They have all my contact details in their system why not try all of them. They said they have escalated the matter to management, up until now. personally and business suffering because of this.
