Migration

On the 01st August 2013, i applied for migration to MTN Top Up350, i then went again on the 23 August to do a sim swap and to check whether the migration application is successful. I was told by Thandi that it will only start on the 17th of September 2013.
On the 15th October 2013 I was suprised that my bill was R2 230.00, i then went to southgate i was told that there is nothing on their system meaning that i did not apply for migration. I called the Head Office and explained the situation, the consultant confirmed that he can see that i did apply but Southgate branch did not load it on the system to be effective he asked that i go back to the branch toi ask for credits as it is their fault.
On the 31st October 2013, i was told Thandi is on maternity leave, I was then assisted by a colured guy he said i will only pay R636.00 of which i dont understand because my tariff is R350.00 but to my surprise on the 16 November 2013 a debit order of R2800.00 was made by autopage, i reversed the whole amount and my line was suspended till today the 17th January 2013.
