Can you please urgently attend to this matter, as I do not know where to go anymore! On 18 March I went to your Woodlands Branch explained to the manager, Leras that my son used the phone for the business, but immigrated to Australia and cannot use the package. He suggested the 4U migration on both contracts. I also requested that all other services i.e. sms bundle, itemised billing, etc be removed from both contracts, except roaming. He said on 0744457716 the changes will take effect from 1st April and will apply for it immediately. I also changed the e-mail address and address. He did all the changes while I was with him. He also said that on 0797091933 I have to apply beginning of April and the changes will take effect from 1 May. On 8 April I went in to the branch to do these changes, and Leras said it will be done. However after 5 months I still receive arrear accounts, change of address was not done and my accounts are now handed to legal dept. I went to Vodacom Cust Care Menlyn, but they said Woodlands must settle the matter, but the manager left Vodacom's service. Please assist.
