Intermittent, extremely slow data. No timeframe

Since I'm getting no feedback from the faults I've left, I'm forced to write another here! Cell C what are you doing?? Again, the network is completely rubbish. I was stupid enough to buy another 200GB sim card in good faith. But I feel even more stupid for suggesting to everyone that I know to port over to this "network", and I really apologise to everyone that actually did.

Every time I call the call centre, the agent is always beating around the bush. But, someone finally admitted that the network was OVERLOADED. Which is the case, Cell C's network is failing, and failing miserably. So if you are thinking about switching for cheaper rates.. DON'T! Nothing is usually FREE.. and you'll be getting ripped off paying for it.

I want a refund for the data I cannot use on my current 200GB prepaid sim, and I want it resolved ASAP so that I can purchase another simcard from a network that actually works!!!

Thanks for wasting my time and so many others Cell C.

Get your stuff together AKC! All you are doing is proving to the other operators that they are just at the prices they charge!
