CELL C IS MYSTIFIED

So I take out a new contract - total cost per month is supposedly R200 on the dot - First account comes - Monthly installment will be R218.23 per month... So I phone Customer Service to find out why my contract is now more than what I signed for - and the man on the other line SAMUEL CLALE says the following: It mystifies me why you would phone about R18.23... @#$@#$%$# - It mystifies me why anyone in their right mind would take out a Cell C contact @#$#@@#
