I took out my contract since December last year and on this contract i have 5% applied to total monthly bill and additional 50% data that i signed for on my contract (i do have a copy). I called the cell c at carlswarld and sent them a e-mail (sent 19 June) as the lady said that i should so she could fix the discount/additional data on my contract as i suddenly stop getting a monthly discounts and asked for an update via e-mail and called in on the 25th June and 10th July no response to e-mails and phone calls they tell me "the people in charge of this discounts are still busy with it" much longer should i wait. If my debit order was rejected for some odd reason cell c would have probably cancelled my line and now since i am paying extra i have to wait longer then a month for this issue to be resolved this is unacceptable
