Empty Box Empty Promises

I am utterly disgusted about the way Vodacom goes about making promises they can't keep!
I upgraded my contract to get the new Samsung Mini S4 on Monday. I was PROMISED that they have stock of the phone and that I would receive it by the end of this week. I then received an SMS to say that my PHONE was in dispatch this morning and I would receive it SOON! I then received my box and in my box was a JUSTIN BIEBER CD AND A SIM... NO PHONE! Firstly did I ever say I liked Justin Bieber?? My taste in music was insulted. Secondly receiving this instead of my phone was utterly disappointing!! I then called the upgraded department and was cut of TWICE! I called again and they said they ACTUALLY DON'T have stock of this phone. I have been apologised to by the consultant but still no phone!!
