I am been given the run around. Insurance approved a replacement handset on the 16.1.2012, to date the phone has not been dispatch to my requested store (Nicolway). I can get through to the numbers I have been given 650 2191 or 650 2150. Can I just get my phone, its been over a month since my claim.
