I have finally had enough of dealing with Web Africa.
I have been a customer (reseller) for 8 years and the bigger they have become to poorer their customer care has become.
This is a prime example of the management loosing touch with their customers. Ask to speak to a manager and they are always too busy.
Too busy for a customer (they think they are too important to speak to a lowly customer).
Well I am now freeing up managements time. With no customers their will be no need for managers!! They will have too leave their AAA grade, crystal tower, offices where they pay 120 per meter and have to start working for a living.
This certainly is not a Customer Focused company and with Web Africa the customer is always WRONG.
