In response to my first complaint, I have had NO resolution in service. My calls are dropped repeatedly (so many of my free minutes will be going to waste this month as I simply never have enough signal to hold a call), 90% of my text messages say "not delivered" after I send, the texts I am lucky enough to receive are often delayed by a day, my phone is constantly on "no service", I have no Internet connectivity (trying to load a photo on facebook is a joy all in itself, searching on Google is even more fun and don't even get me started on trying to use the app store) yet it still uses all my data trying so hard to load a page.. 500mb's used in 2 weeks and I have NOTHING to show for it. I do not even have whatsapp on here so I can't even account the excessive data usage on messages.
90% of the time I cannot use this iPhone or the contract. I do majority of my downloads in a Wi-Fi zone at work, where an average of 10 hours of my day is spent. I have had to resort to carrying around 2 phones... my old blackberry with my Vodacom simcard in it because this Cell C network is beyond a joke
