Good Day. On the the 30/05/2013 I paid R1200.00 to settle my acoount and was notified that the account will be settled and closed as soon as I fax the Deposit slip and put my number as reference and I did exactly that. To my suprise I was billed on the 25/08/2013 for an account that has been closed. there are subsciptions going off the account and that is the reason I closed the account in a first place because of this things that go off a sim card thats even dormant as i wasnt using it as my primary number. On the 03/09/2013 I called Cells Customer Care and Spoke to Cornelius Phulosi (ref:130905550000030006) who advised will log an enquiry and a request for refund with the relevent department and that they will contact me back. I havent heard anything from Cell C, I then again called Cell C on the 09/09/2013 spoke to Ayanda, Zama and taken from pillar to post and still no one would give me an answer as to why am I billed on an account that has been settled. Today is the 11/09/2013 and I havent heard anything from Cell C. I am Fuming and absolutely off by this Bad Service. All I want is Cell C to close off my account and to Refund me money.
