I just spoke to a certain Mark at Blue Label Telekoms, after being called by Call to Save, for the 5th time in 2 weeks, wanting to sell me something. First of all, I asked Mark if it was even legal for Blue Label to hand out people's contact details without their consent to which he replied that it is, I then responded by saying that they are upsetting people by doing so and he became very defensive by saying that the conversation is recorded and that I just said that what they are doing is illegal. He proceded to hang up the phone while I was still talking. I have a huge issue with these Companies selling databases with personal details for which they did not get any consent from the public. I also have a bigger issue with the fact that their staff think that they can then treat that same public like dirt.
