I feel like I am perpetually having a problem with Vodacom. This time we had an upgrade reversed (14 Jan) - was only processed by Vodacom on 19 Jan. Now am I being totally unrealistic in wanting a pro-rata credit for, a) airtime not used and b) handset installment??? I accept some calls were made, but surely they can work it out? Are there not accountants or even bookkeepers in that organisation who can put 1 and 1 together? Plus I have numerous emails confirming a credit due to me for insurance premiums taken off my account after cancellation - for an amount of R316.00. I am still awaiting this. When can I expect some sort of decent service from Vodacom? I am constantly emailing and phoning and getting nowhere. So can someone who knows what they are talking about and can make an informed decision please phone me re these matters.
