To whom it may concern,
I have attempted to contact your cancellations team with no avail. I stayed online for over 30 minutes!! Is business so bad that everyone is cancelling their contracts?
This is very poor service and this has now confirmed my decision to not renew my contract. I believe I will be much happier on prepaid.
I expect a reply within the next 3 hours via email the address provided as I have removed the sim card from my phone or alternately you may call me on.
Failure to reply will show your interest and warrant a posting on Hello Peter.
