I went online to [URL Removed] and this is what I got, The webpage cannot be found. I called mtn customer care 173 and spoke to 3 different customer care people who sent me settings and promised me that after switching my phone off for 5mins I will be able to receive mmsz
I did that and every time my wife would send me an mms to see if it works and @ all times it did not work. I was then told to call MTN 1555 data support care line, one very lovely lady helped me through manual set up and assured me that I should switch my phone off then after 5mins it will work.
Needless to say it has not worked as I write I have 4messages from MTN Y'ello You have a new MMS from... To view MMS go to [URL Removed] ID:...
None cared to explain why I am getting sms's directing me to a website that does not work, neither was there promise to get the site up or investigate why its down.
its strange that in 2013 MTN SUCH A BIG COMPANY CAN NOT GET MMS RIGHT NOR THE ALTENATIVIVE WEBSITE WHICH THEY DIRECT PEOPLE TO. A very DISHONEST COMPANY
