I have lost over R1000 which has been debited from my account in the last 2 months. I did not sign up for this at any stage nor was I aware that I was paying R7 a day for a service I never used. I would like a refund on the amount they deducted from my cell phone contract. I paid R1600 for the last 2 months and my phone was blocked on several occasions due to Flexyville taking their share for nothing. I've never experienced such a in my life.
