I took a boodle loan worth 2500 and they were meant to debit my account R3, 109.23 which they successfully did but however two days later my account was debited a further R3406. I called boodle the next day, to say their customer care is PATHETIC would be an understatement, in fact one of the agent hang up on me while talking to her. Eventually i go through to someone and my call was sent to the collection department instead of finance department as i was looking for a refund and the lady arrogantly said to that she will lodge a claim and IF BOODLE PAYS, IT WILL ONLY BE IN 48HOURS AND THE CLASSIC FOR ME WAS BOODLE WILL HAVE TO DECIDE/CALCULATE WHICH PART OF MY MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED BACK... SHOCKER I THOUGHT. i just got an sms from my bank and Boodle paid R3, 179.43? seriously where is the rest of my money? where is my R226, 57? How did boodle arrive at this amount. I am reporting this matter to the FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN i am sick and tired of these companies taking advantage and I WILL NEVVVEEER USE THEM AGAIN... THEY ARE PATHETIC AND BEYOND.
