NO SERVICE

My 8ta phone was due for upgrade, got a call from a very helpful consultant, withing 30 mins upgrade done, the phone was then delivered to me on the 19th. But the sim card has not been activated, I called on the 20th of August, was told that it was at credit vetting and it would take 72 hours, its now the 10th of September and still nothing. I sent a mail on the 5th and got a response "Located renewal order 37603052A, which is currently at credit vetting" i replied to this an asked much longer and that if it was not sorted by COB that I wanted the contract cancelled, have still not had any feedback. Are they going to re-reimburse my subscription for the time that I have not been using my phone. This is totally unacceptable!
