I was charged R6000 for 1 days roaming costs in Greece. I complained about the costs and was just met with "sorry for the inconvenience". Still no itemised bill or anything or even acknowledgement that those costs are truely excessive and they working on it. Just "Sorry for the inconvenience".
(p.s whoever gets this complaint at Cell C look up on youtube "United broke my guitar". Maybe one day you at Cell C will realise customer service needs to change before someone writes a song about Cell C and puts it on the internet.)
