Pathetic, no idea of whats happening, bad service, bad coverage... terrible system, what more can I say.
Not one month passes that I do not have problems with my cell c accounts. This time around payment was made on 28-08-2013 on two separate accounts. THE ONE IS FINE THEY CAN SEE PAYMENT BUT THE OTHER NOT!!!
SO THEY FREEZE ALL MY LINES!!!
NOT MY FAULT BUT I HAVE TO PROVE I PAID... AND MY LINES AND DATA ARE OFFF!!!
I AM SO OVER THIS!!!
never is a long time but once these contracts are done I reckon I will never support a losing setup like this.
I fear if I have to make any more calls to the call center I will die of a hart attack!!! STRESS STRESS STRESS
